• Significant experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Investments, F/X hedging, and Corporate Finance.
• Direct experience with Emerging Markets and global banking partners.
• Ability to develop currency hedging strategies.
• Knowledge of traditional payment networks and capital structuring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive management.
• Proactivity and openness to market changes.

Responsibilities:

• Transition the Treasury department into a ‘best in class’ function.
• Recommend and implement improvements to cash management processes.
• Manage banking infrastructure and relationships.
• Develop and implement working capital funding optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
• Lead discussions with external banking partners.
• Provide financial analysis to executive management.
