• Minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience, minimum 5 years experience managing teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Successful track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Expertise in the CPG space with knowledge of key partners and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the identification, creation, and management of key account/business relationships with select partners and prospective partners.
• Oversee industry sales revenue and progress to quota.
• Manage teams in Partner and Account track, ensuring accountability for sales goals.
• Make personnel decisions including hiring and terminations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to partner and account professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage relationships effectively.
