Requirements:

• 4-year bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, product management, implementation project management, management consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company.
• Experience designing, documenting, and owning scalable business processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, account management, and operations.
• Experience navigating complex customer relationships and external partnerships.
• Experience with Salesforce, Metabase, or other similar data reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly learn and perform various functional roles to implement process improvements.
• Translate strategic initiatives into operational plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and measures of success.
• Serve as the glue among cross-functional teams to execute on key initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to inform critical business decisions.
• Support operations leadership with strategic planning.
