Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing Atlassian products.
• Comfortable working in client environments and independently.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• At least two Atlassian certifications are required.
• Technical expertise in areas beyond typical Atlassian administration is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Implement collaborative Atlassian products and configurations for clients.
• Lead a team of Atlassian experts to meet client success criteria.
• Engage with clients to understand and translate their needs.
• Support the improvement of processes for product delivery.
• Interact with various teams in a global remote environment.
