Requirements:

• A keen analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• At least two years of experience in financial crimes compliance and AML at a regulated institution.
• Experience with Travel Rule solutions like Notabene or TRUST is advantageous.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies is beneficial, with further training provided.
• Knowledge of money laundering, sanctions, and financing regulations applicable to the crypto industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Availability to work in a flexible schedule with 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily monitoring of inbound and outbound crypto transfers, including identifying pending transactions.
• Conduct manual risk assessments for withdrawals and deposits.
• Review address and customer risk scores, perform screenings and analyze VASP information.
• Coordinate with VASPs to address missing Travel Rule data and make risk-based decisions.
• Identify potential whitelisting candidates and update databases accordingly.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain data for Travel Rule violations.
• Review accounts for unusual activity or potential fraud.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and report trends to combat fraud.
