Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally in SaaS software.
• 5+ years of experience managing partnership teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of motivating and developing people.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas and objectives.
• Quota-driven with experience generating partner-sourced pipeline.
• Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the Americas partnership strategy to support regional revenue targets.
• Coaching, mentoring, managing, and leading a team of partner relationship managers.
• Planning and managing team resources for efficient deployment and performance management.
• Maintaining team alignment and support for Americas functions.
• Supporting partner awareness, onboarding, and adoption programs.
• Collaborating with go-to-market functions for lead generation and service delivery.
• Evangelizing the partner program to internal and external executives.
• Aligning with Global Sales for valuable partner ecosystems and identifying opportunities.
• Managing conflict internally and externally to achieve consensus.
