Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in compliance and legal operations focused on Project or Program Management in a SaaS environment.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience overseeing ISO 27001 and SOC audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and legal software.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs for various regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
• Conduct audits and compliance training across the organization.
• Oversee legal department operations and manage outside counsel relationships.
• Draft and enforce internal policies reflecting legal requirements.
• Develop compliance training programs and increase awareness of ethical standards.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, reporting to executive leadership.
