Requirements:
  • 5+ years of comparable professional experience, preferably with Workday as HRIS.
  • University degree in technical or economic study or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record designing business-fit HR systems and delivering data excellence.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes, operations, and employee data management.
  • Passion for data with strong analytical skills and complex report generation proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder/change management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
  • High change resilience with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Organizational talent balancing user support, feature adoption, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Continuously analyze business processes and recommend enhancements, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • Lead HRIS projects with a design thinking mindset.
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders at LeanIX and SAP for effective solutions.
  • Supervise HR data quality, support data cleaning initiatives, and manage critical compensation data.
  • Leverage Workday for generating regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Coordinate employee data requests during integration.
  • Lead HR IT migration during legal entity consolidation.
  • Deliver end-user support and promote Workday knowledge with training.
