Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2 years or more experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or agency environments.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Canva required.
• Web Development experience a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects demonstrating creativity and understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Excellent communication skills to present and articulate design concepts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and a desire to innovate in graphic design and web development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling graphic designs.
• Design graphics such as posters and social media banners that reflect brand identity.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Optimize graphics for performance and accessibility across devices and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance web design and functionality.
• Work with developers for integration of design elements and adherence to standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Support ongoing website maintenance and updates.
