Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in customer-facing organizations in a software company, ideally SaaS.
  • Experience in sales or account management with a track record of exceeding results.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment with monthly KPIs.
  • Nice to have: AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, Masters Degree or MBA, PMP Certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate the value proposition for the CloudZero platform and understand how it can address specific customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customers are getting value from the adoption of the CloudZero platform through the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Drive Executive Business Reviews and engage with C-Suite Executives.
  • Analyze usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Own all strategic customer renewals and manage revenue expansion within assigned accounts.
