Requirements:
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience training/supporting software and services directly to Automotive Dealers.
  • Collaborative in nature, able to fit into a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
  • Professional communication skills over phone and in person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Ability to consult cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Responsibilities:
  • Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers.
  • Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, and scheduled meetings with GM’s or Principles in dealership.
  • Track all activity in our Car Force database.
  • Work with the dealership to generate revenue by integrating products into dealer culture.
  • Collaborate with GM or Decision Maker and Support team for growth planning.
  • Conduct ongoing training, usage reporting, and feature updates.
  • Maintain dealership files and product checklists.
  • Post visit info and notes on LinkedIn.
