Requirements:

• Experience within the tech startup environment, preferably in the Healthcare or EAP industry.
• Strong operational background capable of developing and adhering to processes from scratch.
• Proficient in data management, project management, and scenario analysis using spreadsheets and databases.
• Effective communication skills with a focus on cross-functional project work.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and management of operational set-up and requests for client delivery including onsite events and webinars.
• Engage with users to provide support on Intellect’s services via email, chat, and calls.
• Guide users in selecting the right type of care and assist in booking appointments.
• Support provider sourcing and engagement with the Care Operations team.
• Manage provider logistical administration around sourcing and payment.
• Track operational data and metrics, analyze insights to drive project outcomes.
• Implement and monitor processes and service level agreements across operational demands.
• Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and implementation.
