Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in research methods impacting product direction and experience design.
• 4+ years relevant domain experience in technology sectors such as ticketing or event management, digital CRM, Ecomm, or healthcare.
• Hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data for UX improvements.
• Experience working on products for advanced users with complex workflows.
• Growth mindset and a challenge-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
• Drive persona and JTBD work to deepen our understanding of user needs and friction.
• Establish a robust research practice that integrates quantitative and qualitative measures.
• Lead discovery work supporting our value proposition and organizational goals.
• Show outstanding research skills and passion for data and systems thinking.
