Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience, ideally in food/beverage or CPG brands.
• Preferred agency experience.
• Experience managing 1-2 direct reports.
• Client communications experience.
• Proven ability to organize multiple deadlines.
• Expert-level project management skills.
• Solid foundation in consumer marketing including public relations and earned media.
• Advanced writing, editing, and research abilities.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute client projects with minimal oversight, managing budgets, timetables, status updates, and reporting.
• Deliver excellent client service and account/project management.
• Help develop strategic plans including brand awareness activations and earned media strategies.
• Drive significant earned media coverage and maintain strong media relationships.
• Serve as client point person on assigned accounts, managing multiple projects.
• Keep abreast of cultural trends and proactively contribute new ideas.
• Direct and manage the work of junior staff.
