• Experience in service-oriented roles with familiarity in quality auditing and feedback.
• Operational orientation with the ability to create and improve processes.
• Strong listening and communication skills, building rapport and trust with colleagues.
• Comfort with working in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies such as video software, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess Care Team interactions with members, caregivers, physicians, and vendors against quality standards.
• Identify quality trends and training needs to enhance the enablement materials and coaching for the Care Team.
• Audit care team interactions and document improvements to provide feedback to Care Team leadership.
• Assist in developing training resources for ongoing education, including product updates and changes in workflows.
