Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable) with a degree; a minimum of 7 years of work experience without a degree.
• A bachelor's degree with an energy-related discipline preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote), Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
• Willingness to conduct business travel.

Responsibilities:

• Overall direction, management, quality control and completion of program deliverables.
• Communicating program progress to management, clients and external stakeholders.
• Planning and monitoring timelines to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators.
• Developing and managing multiple complex project budgets, forecasts and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Conducting market research and data analysis on residential appliances.
• Regularly attend and participate in industry workshops.
• Process Program incentives and ensure accuracy.
