Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in operations, business management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in retail planning, preferably with Amazon.
• 5+ years of experience with analytics tools and data-driven planning.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced predictive formulas.
• Hands-on experience delivering insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and monitoring daily sales performance for the Amazon channel.
• Conducting performance analysis and making adjustments based on trends.
• Owning monthly sales targets and metrics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data and Analytics and Finance.
• Conducting regular analysis of sales performance, inventory sell-through, and gross margin.
