Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 6 years proven success in Field Sales experience.
• Preferred experience in medical, surgical and/or pharmacologic sales to Health Care Practitioners in the Aesthetic Space.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to organizational growth.
• Passion for promoting Nutrafol products with urgency.
• Strong business acumen to leverage market opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must maintain high ethical standards.
• Collaborative problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to potential prospects within the territory.
• Implement strategic initiatives and sales activity to increase sales and market share.
• Drive product promotion through field-based promotions.
• Provide outstanding 'White Glove' service to accounts.
• Build relationships through meetings and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate training and enhancement programs.
• Maintain professional communication with leadership and accounts.
• Participate in company meetings and manage expenses responsibly.
• Enhance sales by up-selling and implementing marketing strategies.
• Attend trade shows to represent Nutrafol and promote sales.
