Requirements:
  • Previous Production Coordinator experience in the gaming industry and/or app development (mobile, VR, etc)
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets
  • Familiarity with at least one Project Tracking tool (Monday, Jira, Shotgrid, PureRef, etc)
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Proactive personality with ability to work collaboratively and independently
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead QA for files
  • Assemble weekly project reports
  • Track updates from artists, leads, and clients
  • Organize submissions for delivery to client
  • Kick off assets approved by the Art Director
  • Organize and prepare materials for team distribution
  • Assist with meeting notes from Project Manager
  • Assist with asset submissions
