Requirements:

• Fluently speaks and conducts business correspondence at B2 level or higher in English and Spanish.
• Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems for automation of sales, production, and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Demonstrates readiness to solve non-standard problems.
• Willingness to work overtime and available for urgent questions outside of business hours.
• Desires to work in a fast-growing business environment and participates in process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the processing of production orders and document them in internal CRM and ERP systems.
• Select suitable contractors from the production partners database.
• Control dates and dispatch of the manufacturing process, organize delivery, and ensure product quality.
• Track payments and collaborate with customers.
• Solve problems and address special cases with customers and manufacturers.
• Achieve results despite challenges encountered during order processing.
