Requirements:

• Must be a student of the MSW program at Indiana University.
• Preferred: 2nd year student.
• Strong interest in mental health, healthcare, employee well-being, and organizational development.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

• Assisting staff with monthly data reporting and analysis on major accounts.
• Assisting with case auditing.
• Gathering survey results and comments.
• Developing new creative materials for educational presentations.
• Assisting with relevant projects in behavioral health and care management.
