Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years of managing direct or indirect reports.
• Extensive knowledge in operations, including resource and demand planning, business planning, and corporate strategy.
• Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to protect confidential information.
• Flexible traveling ability by automobile and aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Advising and coaching company leadership by providing perspectives and recommendations.
• Analyzing operational challenges to identify areas for improvement and developing plans to increase efficiency and growth.
• Creating strategies to increase profits and cash flow, implementing operational best practices.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall financial performance.
• Ensuring the portfolio company has adequate resources to meet investment goals.
• Assisting with planning, forecasting, and due diligence for growth and expansion.
• Building simple, consistent reporting to easily identify when the company is off-track.
