Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports.
• Extensive knowledge in resource planning, demand planning, business planning, corporate strategy, communications, leadership, benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to protect confidential information.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.

• Advising and coaching leadership teams.
• Analyzing challenges to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing strategies to increase efficiency, profits, and cash flow.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and financial performance.
• Ensuring resources meet investment goals.
• Assisting with planning, forecasting, and due diligence.
• Creating consistent reporting for performance tracking.
