Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing direct and/or indirect reports.
• Extensive knowledge in operations: resource planning, demand planning, business planning, corporate strategy, communications, leadership, benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of associates.
• Proven ability to protect confidential information.
• Ability to travel and flexibility to be away from home.

Responsibilities:

• Advising and coaching the CEO and management team.
• Analyzing challenges and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing strategies to increase profits and cash flow.
• Tracking key performance indicators and financial performance.
• Ensuring resource availability to meet investment goals.
• Assisting with planning, forecasting, and due diligence.
• Creating reporting to identify operational issues.
• Leading teams and being a natural leader.
