Remote Licensed Therapist, Part Time (W2) - Washington

Requirements:

• Independent clinical license to practice in good standing without supervision.
• Licensure in California and/or Washington is required; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience.
• Competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care and current research.
• Familiarity and confidence with technology and various applications.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to offer a minimum of 7 therapy sessions per week, with flexibility for additional sessions.
• Provide high quality tele-therapy via a HIPAA compliant platform.
• Complete and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours.
• Update availability calendar and maintain communication with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with a care team including health coaches, therapists, and psychiatrists.
