Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in a Controller or senior finance role.
At least 10 years' experience in government contracting.
Minimum 7 years' experience in DCAA compliance, audits, and procedures.
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Jamis Prime ERO or similar ERP software.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting process and financial practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Project Accounting/Finance team in strategic planning concerning project and backlog projections.
Oversee regulatory and financial reporting, ensuring compliance.
Develop policies and procedures for compliant cost accounting.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and accounting activities.
Monitor project profitability and key performance indicators.
Responsible for annual DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions.
Prepare and update project financial planning models.
Facilitate support for DCAA and other auditors.
