Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Player Support manages brand, community safety, and game health.
  • Own product roadmaps and contribute to a global product schedule for Games Operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with product teams and advocate for player needs.
  • Be a brand advocate for Jagex, identifying opportunities for brand capital.
  • Undertake additional strategic management and project responsibilities.
