SAP Testing Manager (Remote in Romania)

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in testing and test coordination within SAP projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects.
• Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies, including Atlassian Jira (with Xray add-on), SAP Solution Manager, and ISTQB® standards.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP environments.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects, ideally OneERP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both German (C1 level) and English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage test activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Consolidate and validate test schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of key test-related outcomes across project streams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for management and project stakeholders on test matters.
• Oversee test planning, preparation, execution, and status reporting.
• Assist in the resolution of testing challenges and de-escalate inquiries from testers.
• Support testers with guidance on tools, test processes, and defect management.
• Coordinate test case creation, execution, and lessons learned workshops.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive status and test completion reports.
