Requirements:

• Qualified Actuary (FIA, FFA, or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Expertise in reserving for non-life insurance (P&C or personal lines).
• Proficiency with actuarial reserving software and MS Office Tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Determine profitability levels at the partner level to inform business decisions.
• Provide strategic support to the underwriting team, enhancing terms and conditions.
• Deliver technical provisions required for Solvency Capital Calculation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to deliver accurate management accounts.
• Engage with Claims and Reinsurance teams to align efforts on profitability.
• Ensure accurate reserves, working with cross-functional teams to validate data.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
