Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building and managing delivery teams in the SaaS environment.
• Basic coding and/or development knowledge.
• Experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST-API, and API-based integrations in enterprise IT.
• Proficient in project management, preferably agile.
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers in cross-functional teams.
• Customer- and people-oriented approach to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Help the CSE Team achieve ambitious goals.
• Coaching and assisting team members to grow.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team at project initiation.
• Ensure client success through successful integration projects.
• Coordinate requirements, problem-solving, and software development throughout the project.
• Work with customer functional departments such as Project Management and IT.
• Make technical decisions to contribute to successful project completion.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with external development partners.
