Requirements:

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field.
• First practical experience in HR, recruiting, or active sourcing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for creative ideas and new approaches in talent sourcing.
• Proficient use of social networks and affinity for digital tools.
• Organizational talent and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in a dynamic environment.
• Very good German and English skills.

Responsibilities:

• In close coordination with the People Team and internal stakeholders, gain clear understanding of open position requirements.
• Proactively identify and approach suitable talents via LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for strategically important positions.
• Support the development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to attract top talents and enhance Active Sourcing.
• Assist in candidate management and interview organization.
• Research trends and test AI tools for efficiency improvement.
• Support reporting and analysis.
