Requirements:

• Strong internal motivation and superior customer service.
• Attention to detail with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience or a strong interest in the industry.
• Ideally fluent in Japanese or Korean.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and working knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to affiliates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing applications and creative assets.
• Develop recruitment lists and outreach emails.
• Draft and execute affiliate communications and newsletters.
• Monitor affiliates’ marketing methods for fraud compliance.
