Requirements:

• Fluent in German.
• 5-10 years of client service/account management experience with leading brands.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience in-house, agency, or network.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Awin, CJ, and Impact Radius.
• Proficient in Excel for report customization.
• Previous experience managing teams and direct reports.
• Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for clients, leading client strategy and communications.
• Develop effective account strategies and monitor implementations.
• Execute recruitment and optimization strategies while ensuring compliance.
• Provide data-driven insights through regular reporting and analysis.
• Lead and manage team activities, coaching staff for performance improvements.
