Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, GRR, churn, etc.), and revenue growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in analytics tools including Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams.
  • Assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to executive leadership.
  • Identify and implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
  • Oversee revenue and territory planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the revenue technology stack.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for revenue-related functions and lead the revenue operations team.
