Requirements:

• 5+ years leading large cross-cultural geo-distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• 15+ years of experience in software development building large-scale consumer, SaaS, or PaaS using public or private clouds.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional technical teams in delivering mission-critical technology solutions.
• Drive transparency and decision-making through the Product and Engineering leadership team.
• Partner with Commercial and Product leadership to develop and refine the vision for iSpot's video currency.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on engineering vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Communicate complex concepts with customers.
