Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience managing proposals from start to finish.
• BSc in a relevant subject; MSc or PhD preferred, especially with grant writing experience.
• Experience in the healthcare/biotech industry or software companies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills to understand product offerings.
• Strong written English skills and proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office.
• Certification in proposals management considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to develop and articulate proposed solutions.
• Develop proposal/RFP strategies for high-quality, compliant submissions.
• Proactively identify new proposal opportunities and customize responses.
• Maintain a proposal content knowledgebase and adhere to established processes.
• Collaborate with marketing for consistency in key messages and implement process improvements.
