Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of SaaS sales/marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deal processes.
• Strong mentoring and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with various prospect levels.
• Strong authoring, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Accountability for sales team’s bookings goals and productivity targets.
• Oversee sales pipeline for accuracy in deal flow and bookings projections.
• Network with K-12 District & Charter School decision-makers.
• Evolve sales processes to improve visibility, predictability, and repeatability.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes and contract negotiations.
• Identify marketing themes and oversee content development.
• Create marketing calendar and campaign plan.
• Enhance digital marketing footprint.
• Manage marketing automation/CRM and prospect database.
• Define metrics for measuring campaign effectiveness.
