Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Paid Growth team for consistent new customer growth.
• Test and scale paid media campaigns including SEM, affiliates, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to align website with brand identity.
• Use analytics to validate OpenPhone messaging and address customer pain points.
• Pilot new marketing channels for actionable insights.
• Partner with other departments to create effective marketing campaigns.
• Present insights and learnings to the broader company.
