• Experience with growth experiments like A/B and multivariate testing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of product development lifecycle in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Patient Onboarding Journey by leading the optimization of the sign-up funnel.
• Conduct data-driven product development and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive hypothesis-driven growth by uncovering barriers to patient sign-up and activation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and analytics teams to deliver features.
• Establish and communicate a product growth strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as the product expert for patient sign-up touchpoints.
