Requirements:

• Deep technical domain knowledge in offensive security.
• 7 + years experience in offensive security services such as penetration testing and red teaming.
• Experience managing and developing high performing teams.
• Experience launching and growing a cybersecurity product or service and managing P&L.
• Ability to create business cases for investment decisions and prioritize investments.
• Dynamic public speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with open source software and threat detection.

Responsibilities:

• Set and execute strategy for security services, delivery, community, and research teams.
• Own and drive quality standards, regularly review execution methodologies.
• Engage the Cobalt Core for recruiting and retaining security testers.
• Collaborate with product management and finance on pricing and margin targets.
• Innovate product strategy using automation and AI.
• Represent Cobalt at industry conferences and customer events.
