Account Director, Carrier

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (full fluency in French and English).
• Minimum 5 years proven success in solution-based B2B selling in Telecommunications or Data Center sector.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Disciplined in the use of CRM tools for forecasting and tracking sales activities.
• Technical understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Power Infrastructure, Telco Connectivity, and Cloud/HyperScaler connectivity.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new opportunities within existing customer base.
• Partner with Carrier customers on strategic expansion projects for mutual benefit.
• Maintain existing revenue and reduce churn.
• Achieve aggressive targets while advocating for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate and close opportunities.
• Successfully prospect new opportunities.
