Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection with ease.
• Visual and typing skills to perform data entry.
• Basic computer skills and ability to proficiently use software programs utilized by the company including Auto Dialer – Ring Central, Database, and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting.
• Develops and maintains a database of potential customers.
• Makes a minimum of 200 dials per day.
• Sets a minimum of 5 initial appointments for Account Managers weekly.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
