• At least 4 years experience managing IT projects and client relationships remotely within a distributed team.
• Exceptional organizational experience.
• A customer service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
• Demonstrated strengths in organization, reasoning, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage the implementation of Sage Intacct accounting solutions for clients from start to finish.
• Define, track and communicate incremental release objectives and milestones.
• Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee project communications.
• Monitor, review, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues.
• Ensure project artifacts are complete and properly catalogued.
• Integrate and motivate cross-functional team members.
• Manage multiple Sage Intacct projects simultaneously.
