Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical sales or application engineering within industrial B2B markets.
• Background in working with spec-in of technical products and experience with cutting, sewing, laminating, sonic welding, fasteners, and adhesives preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drive application engineering and spec-in business development activities for various B2B segments.
• Devise and execute a technical sales growth plan targeting customer engineering and program management.
• Manage lead qualification and opportunity management for launching Velcro products.
• Coordinate project management with customers throughout design and production phases.
• Provide commercial updates and prepare technical presentations for customer reviews.
