Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office/hospital/clinic environment required; previous experience in mental health care preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language; must be fluent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience verifying health insurance.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in medical or mental health.

  • Support people through the intake process and establish their Patient Portal.
  • Answer all incoming calls for all locations and return voicemails.
  • Handle all scheduling and rescheduling requests via phone, email, and text.
  • Provide same-day eligibility and verification.
  • Assist with payment collections and manage no-show fees.
  • Triage incoming inquiries and assist other departments as needed.
