Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office/hospital/clinic environment required; previous experience in mental health care preferred.
- Strong command of the English language; must be fluent.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience verifying health insurance.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in medical or mental health.

- Answer all incoming calls for all locations and return voicemails.
- Handle all scheduling and rescheduling requests via phone, email, and text.
- Provide same-day eligibility and verification.
- Assist with payment collections and manage no-show fees.
- Triage incoming inquiries and assist other departments as needed.
