Sr. Security Engineer I - Identity Access Management

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT with a focus on identity management systems.
• Understanding of IAM concepts like Role-based Access Control and Single Sign-On.
• Experience with security tools such as EDR, VPN, and SIEM.
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with API concepts and multiple security frameworks (SOC2, NIST, etc.).
• Knowledge of privileged user management tools and general information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GSEC).
• Experience with IAM solutions in Okta, AWS, Azure, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in shaping IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Design and implement innovative IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on IAM security controls.
• Mentor colleagues in identity and access management best practices.
• Investigate security incidents related to IAM.
• Present IAM metrics and drive continuous improvement in IAM processes.
• Work with IT and business teams to enhance access management efficiency.
