Requirements:

• 6+ years experience within IT Technical Project Management.
• Strong leadership and proven ability to influence without authority across time zones.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver relevant information to the right audience.
• Business enablement approach to reduce friction and remove blockers.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects into incremental deliverables and drive detailed delivery.
• Identify dependencies and the critical path while actively handling changes and risks.
• Partner with Internal Communications to develop and execute companywide communication plans.
• Build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Engage with technical teams and facilitate technical solutioning.
