Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required.
  • Knowledge of compensation policies and practices, including federal and state wage laws.
  • Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to HR and business professionals on compensation programs.
  • Apply knowledge of compensation best practices to ensure competitive pay.
  • Perform complex analytical studies in various compensation areas.
  • Conduct internal and external market research to analyze competitive position and trends.
  • Prepare recommendations for salary structures and other pay programs.
  • Give presentations to management and employees on compensation programs.
  • Provide guidance and training on compensation policies.
  • Participate in compensation survey benchmarking and reporting.
  • Partner with external survey vendors to meet requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws.
  • Support other Total Rewards projects as needed.
