Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years benefits administration plan configuration experience.
• Strong SQL, MS Access, and Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Creative thinking to explore better ways of working.
• Ability to compare large data sets and summarize findings.
• Working knowledge of business processes, system development, and process improvements.
• Proficient in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Experience with and strong understanding of various technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all raw materials review and validation.
• Ensure system configuration adheres to requirements documentation.
• Support key work processes for Annual Enrollment and New Services Implementation.
• Complete self-QA on system build work.
• Establish and follow global process documentation and report discrepancies.
• Daily touch-base with internal partners on projects.
• Maintain capacity and productivity metrics via task updates.
• Review and prioritize open tasks, escalating when necessary.
• Address escalated or global issues related to clients' system builds.
• Participate in training on new system functionalities and processes.
