Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position in the residential construction industry.
• Knowledge of Federal Procurement Processes & Federal Acquisition Regulations pertaining to CFR200.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications for HVAC, Hot Water heaters, and other energy efficiency and solar products.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with Change Order processes.
• Proficiency with M365 suite of products.
• Experience performing Procurement functions in the Multifamily segment of the Construction Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Selecting and contracting sub-contractors in accordance with Federal guidelines.
• Maintaining sub-contractor agreements and documentation.
• Negotiating with vendors.
• Creating RFQs and assisting in the development of SoWs in adherence to Federal guidelines.
• Evaluating bids.
